最近有個機會同幾位朋友約齊,一齊去尖沙咀一間名叫「里木」嘅日式壽司鐵板燒店慶祝相識十週年。😄我哋揀咗Omakase Spring Menu(每位$1780),品種豐富。🥳 係呢個menu中,鯛魚刺身配鯛魚白子就好出眾。真鯛肉質細緻有彈性,清甜而不膩,完全體現佢「魚之王」的頭銜。配上鯛魚白子,口感更加綿密幼滑,清爽之餘又帶點低調嘅甜意,食完感覺好滿足👍😋。再嚟個海膽壽司,海膽鮮美有度,輕輕一咬,就化晒。海膽同香脆嘅白米飯結合得恰到好處,每一口都帶來淡雅嘅滋味。😋喜之次壽司顯得特別豐富,飽滿嘅蝦肉同蟹肉佈滿鯖魚嘅腹部,軟熟嘅米飯吸收住三者嘅精華,配上蘿蔔同秘製嘅醬汁,完美。🤩每一口都似乎在叫住你停下,仔細品味其中的滋味。😄另外,密瓜更系一道珍貴嘅小菜。小小嘅密瓜,經過巧手調料,纖維口感軟滑,甜而不膩。😚一餐下來,我們五個人吃得好開心,收到嘅服務也完全超出期待。我哋每人大約花咗一千七百多元,但我覺得每一分錢都物超所值。🤟👍揾到咗一間好出色嘅日本料理,我哋一定會再嚟嘅!💖💯
