農曆新年剛剛過去,終於食晒一年份量既糕點! 哈,飽飽滯滯既我決定同媽咪去食返餐比較清淡既高級日本菜,轉下胃口!今次去左棉登徑既”上岸料理”,一入到去見裝修簡雅有緻,枱唔太多,但格調好好,夠清靜! 小食:叫左個熟螢光魷魚做小食,魷魚仔幾香口,配埋蘿蔔溶同蔥花粒一齊食,口感都好清新! 燒物叫左燒雞腎,好大粒喎,有陣鹽燒味,滴d檸汁仲更加香! 原來呢隻係日本雞腎黎架,唔怪得同平時食開既size唔同啦 (乜日本d雞咁大隻既咩?個腎咁強壯既)燒物過後,就到我最期待既蒸蛋啦! 店長推介 ”海膽松葉蟹蒸蛋”,一打開就聞到好香! 呢度既蒸蛋唔係死實實,係水水嫩嫩架! 海膽蒸過好滑溜,連埋蒸蛋一齊食,口感極佳,好鮮味! 個蒸蛋仲有松葉蟹棒,勁鮮味啊,蟹肉一梳梳咁撈埋d蛋一齊食,真係無得彈! 唔怪得要$95/個啦,咁正quality既蒸蛋都係第一次食!刺身5款:食完開胃菜,當然就到我最期待既刺身啦! 店長講佢地既刺身同出面有少少唔同,就係會先火炙魚皮! 哇~諗落都覺得正,有刺身既口感又有火炙既香味! 店長話金目鯛/紅衫魚/赤鮭魚3款火炙就好岩,因為魚味最香! 金目鯛 – 紅紅既魚皮燒得好香脆,魚肉又白滑,

金目鯛 – 紅紅既魚皮燒得好香脆,魚肉又白滑,魚油唔算多,幾爽口!

紅衫魚 - 紅衫既魚味最香,上次食喜知次已經見識過,今次火炙魚皮回味返上次既香味,配上帶粉紅既魚肉,鮮味更加突出!

食完3款火炙刺身,就食番兩款原味! 當然之前要先清下個口啦,但發覺伴碟既竟然唔係一般蘿蔔絲,而係似d水晶涼粉咁,好有咬口,爽爽地,好得意喎! 原來問落先知係白海藻,真係第一次食咋,好過癮! 原味刺身,叫左我至愛既赤貝,爽甜香脆,滴少少青檸汁,更加鮮味! 仲有就係蓮子鯛,呢款都係第一次食,配埋魚皮都幾重魚味,不過連埋薑蓉一齊食,就剛剛好! 肉質好嫩又夠滑,好好味!

燒油甘魚鮫 – 由於想食清d,所以無點飯類,主食叫左燒油甘魚鮫! 老實講,燒三文魚鮫或燒銀雪魚就食過,燒油甘魚鮫又係新賞試! 油甘魚鮫魚油極多,所以燒起來好香,個皮好脆口! 肉質方面,油甘魚好嫩滑,配埋蘿蔔蓉一齊食,真係入口即溶! 幾鐘意呢種口感,油甘魚唔似銀雪魚咁濃咁搶,但一樣咁滑! 好食!

最後甜品,上岸送上雪糕比我地食! 我點左個豆腐雪糕,淡淡既豆腐味好清新,呢餐食完一解新年後既肥膩感,清新既日本菜始終係我至愛!
