講到和牛都會諗起呢間“和牛燒肉。純”,有次同朋友食過晚餐,和牛質量好得令人無法忘記,今日就試試銅鑼灣分店午餐!餐廳係15樓,可以望到銅鑼灣大廈風景,有獨立卡位、吧枱及四人枱,餐廳提供燒肉、鍋物選擇挺多真是花多眼亂。點了一個燒肉同牛涮鍋兩人可以share食!三色和牛定食$250兩個定食都有酸汁沙律同蘿蔔做頭盤,冰凍好開胃,再送上白飯同麵豉湯,餐廳用嘅白米粒粒飽滿,都值得一讚。最期待的和牛,分別係上牛排肉、肩眼肉、牛排肉各三片,建議唔好一次過燒太多分量,怕會燒焦,可以慢慢控制燒肉,由淡到濃味,雪花平衡肉質好淋,半熟就夠質量有保證喔。High ball, Shochu on rock$ 65/each燒肉當然要飲凍嘢!分別係威士忌梳打同燒酎加冰食,比起啤酒唔會咁飽肚!!和牛涮涮鍋定食$200涮涮鍋內放滿蔬菜先吃一半,另薄薄嘅牛肉可以浮係菜上面,方便睇到佢熟嘅程度,而且牛肉味好濃唔錯,亦可以配蔥花辣蘿蔔蓉醬油同胡蔴醬,增添調味!和牛燒肉‧純 Japanese Wagyu Yakiniku Pure星期一至日: 12:00 - 15:00, 18:00 - 23:00銅鑼灣恩平道42號亨利中心1
