今天來到黃埔花園的一家日式鐵板燒專門店,要吃一個豐富和牛海鮮餐呀!🔥火舞の12品極尚和牛龍蝦套餐$688/位(兩位起)🔸發光魷魚沖漬 -很滑嫩的小魷魚,伴啤酒吃最搭了!🔸魚子醬豆腐配胡麻醬-非常開胃的前菜。🔸上刺身盛(五點)-刺身都是新鮮甜美,特別是帆立貝和三文魚。🔸燒牛舌-很肥美爽口的牛舌,別起來很香。🔸燒蟶子-鮮甜爽嫩,燒汁特別惹味。🔸燒帆立貝-超大顆的,燒過後鮮味更突出。🔸香煎澳洲龍蝦尾-超多肉的一個龍蝦尾,每口尬是彈牙的龍蝦肉,口感一流。🔸日本大分懸A4和牛西冷厚燒-外脆內嫩的和牛,灑上炸蒜片更香。🔸日式風味雞肉炒飯-吃過豐富海鮮和牛,吃點米飯才完美。🔸新鮮鯛魚湯-很有料的湯,蜆肉、昆布搭配很消膩。🔸日式甜品-涼涼甜甜的蕨餅,是我最愛的日式甜點,為晚餐完美作結了。
