To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為實在太耐冇食過片皮鴨了，咁岩去開尖沙咀個邊，就試下呢間啦～週末既夜晚估唔到會全座爆滿啊﹗本身店員仲話要安排坐露台既位置，好彩最後入面都有位咋。一去到先叫左半隻片皮鴨，再慢慢睇下想食咩😂😂🎈烤北京填鴨 (半隻) $180雖然一開始店員話要等45分鐘，但都算好快上到菜。片皮鴨好香好脆，亦都好多鴨油，食起上黎口感好豐富。重點係個餅皮好薄，所以唔算好膩。因為如果個餅皮做得唔夠薄，就算個片皮鴨做得幾香，整體來說都會係差咁啲。-🎈無錫灌湯小籠包 (6隻) $88我食京川滬菜就必叫灌湯小籠包，呢間小籠包都做得幾好，好多湯係小籠包入面，一咬啲湯就湧出黎🙈不過都係要趁熱食，如果凍左就冇咁好食架啦😳-🎈上海炒粗麵 $118呢個價錢其實都少貴😅😅炒麵好煙韌，唔會話炒得太淋唔好食～但味道就相對濃左啲，有啲重口味﹗﹗-🎈蜜桃泡沫茶 $34呢杯飲品好適合打卡，好靚飲落都好清新～-🔸城中鴨子📍尖沙咀廣東道3-27號海港城港威商場3樓3319號舖
