To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚嚟到太古康怡廣場嘅金公館,一次過嘗試吓京川粵菜。頭盤叫咗個雞絲粉皮,胡麻鮮淮山,仲有我最鍾意嘅椒鹽九肚魚,質素都唔錯,特別係椒鹽九肚魚,炸粉唔會太厚,九肚魚味突出。之後再叫咗個靈芝菇萵筍絲,我從來未食過呢一種菜,感覺好新鮮。然後,就係今晚嘅主角烤北京填鴨半隻,北京填鴨皮脆,肉厚,唔會太多肥膏,正合我心意。特別鍾意有桂花嘅醬,甜甜地,好適合。今日特別想食甜品,好彩中餐廳嘅甜品都唔錯,我哋叫咗雷沙湯丸,入面熱辣辣嘅芝麻超級好味,又叫咗杞子桂花糕同桂花冰粉,特別適合而家越嚟越熱嘅天氣。
