同朋友去灣仔食飯,原本就想叫d點心食嘅,咁就咁啱見到榮興有呢個京式塞螃蟹,就同朋友討論咗呢道菜嘅由來同歷史。於是乎,我哋就話要試下呢一道由清朝遺留至今的嘅京式賽螃蟹!!道菜就系由蛋白同蛋黃組成,用個蛋白黎模仿蟹肉,話說系清朝時慈溪太后特然間想食蟹,但新鮮嘅蟹就系好遠嘅地方,送唔砌到皇宮,所以就有咗呢一道由蛋白模仿而成個京式塞螃蟹。榮興嘅呢道菜就有加小小蟹肉同蛋白一齊炒,所以食落都好有鮮味!好值得一試嘅菜!
