十二月生日會,三位壽星仔話要食中菜,搞手靚女車話同事介紹咗呢間京菜館畀佢,食過唔錯咁話!壽星仔一聽到有片皮鴨食,like爆扑搥!是晚靚女車訂咗8點食,上到去已經見到枱枱客滿,已經有客人食緊羊肉涮涮鍋。侍應叔叔正忙住片鴨中,似乎大部份食客都叫鴨喎!傳統式嘅酒家,食物應該有番咁上下水準,大家懷著期待嘅心去一試!我哋決定先嚟個四人套餐,再加些少餸~1.三絲拌粉皮(套餐): 有兩碟醬料,分別係麻醬及芥辣醬,大家唔太好辣,只用麻醬搞拌,味道亦唔錯!略嫌粉皮較厚,有點兒似食河粉囉!2.千煸四季豆(套餐): 呢碟屬家常小菜,四季豆口感爽脆順口,拌上肉碎,送飯至!3.糖醋魚片: 酸甜開胃嘅一道菜,脆漿厚實係敗筆!4.水晶肴肉: 肉質嫩滑,肥而不膩!5.賽螃蟹(套餐): 口感滑嫩!6.金腿扒津白: 美味可口!7.菜肉水餃(套餐): 少菜多肉,口感油膩!8.叉子燒餅: 燒餅扁平,皮有點厚身,但不失酥脆,擺入榨菜碎肉同吃,口感特別,但較為乾身飽滞!9.北京填鴨一隻(套餐): 鴨肉厚,肥膏多,薄餅皮又似春卷皮,口感油膩!二食嘅鴨湯,非常淡,完全無鴨肉味!10.高麗豆沙(京式甜品,套餐): 豆沙饀太少,蛋白唔夠
