To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚去了大圍這店吃這桌特價餐，叫了2桌一同吃；但居然會弄至2桌上不同湯，真的不可思意^_^！可能大家都忍耐到這刻才敢約吃，結果昨晚只是平日也全場爆滿😅(也可能因為突然人太多，上同一單2圍酒席也亂成有不同！昨日也可能客人太多，席上飯餸已齊；但甜品近半小時也未能上桌，因親友上班早，唯有《沒有吃甜品》先走😧！這晚餐特價酒席，《湯羹，魚和帶子蚌西蘭花，炒飯》是不错；但其餘水準就真的走樣，因甜品無吃就不知怎麼樣？如果跟粉嶺那天在《舊墟茶居》吃同樣是特價酒席比較，好明顯食材質素就被比下去了😅！
