To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過左嚟海港飲早茶🥰海港啲點心好好味,叫咗呢個流沙包整得好靚,牛肉腸粉,同埋煎薄撐,呢間質素都唔差,款式都好多,仲有好多未能請哂,不過我覺得價錢貴小小,環境乾淨,服務都可以,味道好好。

陪老媽子去飲茶,叫咗個下午茶嘅雪菜肉絲鍋米拼小菜,冇諗過佢個肉絲鍋咪咁大。。。。。。。三個男人我諗先食得晒😅😅😅😅不過完全唔好食,個湯底淡茂茂。反而個魚腐炒勝瓜好好食了,有用蒜頭爆過特別香而且湯底都好濃味,不過就一定有味精。不過老實講,百零蚊水準算係咁,都唔會要求好多話晒屋村酒樓仔,個雪花叉燒包就真係差啲,暖暖地就攞出嚟又唔夠熱。。。而且食到個餡嗰度就會覺得有啲濕濕地,啲麵粉係未熟嗰種濕喎😅其實都少食咗好多,因為海港酒樓其實質素都麻麻地,貪方便就去啦。

與家人聚餐,十二人酒家安排坐房。酒家環境整潔,坐得舒適,點了:芝士西澳龍蝦,煮功未見出色,嫌芝士不夠香,汁太杰身,伊麵太散太淋,但整體算合格。炒東星班片,幾創新,整條東星班炸過,起魚肉炒片,加上雲耳、西蘭花同炒。水煮牛肉,合格,又不太辣。酥炸鮮魷,魷魚醃得入味,炸得剛好很香口,好味道。咕嚕肉,豬肉冇豬羶味,讚好,醃得味道好,酸甜汁也調得好。炒蝦球,蝦新鮮彈牙,汁調得好味。壽包,不合格,包不嫩滑,奶黃蒸不透心,失敗之作,在康怡的海港薈壽包就出色了。
