To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老實講，個樣似街肆賣既牛肉粉麵差唔多都係一樣款式。今次食咗呢款牛肉粉麵，真係唔同以往喎!首先佢用料十足,紅色牛肉塊又肥又嫩,配埋幾片翠綠色番梗葉,好食!湯底亦都唔會過於油膩,馬油味十足,浮滿頭上嘅粉麵竟然好彈牙至於檸檬,我會多少滴啲落去調和味道,亦都令到湯底分甜清新咗唔少。不過呢家人有點唔習慣,因為通常嘅牛肉粉都偏甜,而且唔會太清爽。最後佢嗰個價錢都相當值,性價比高。店主都好有禮貌,對客人態度好好,都算係幾細心。如果喺附近,非常推薦來呢度食牛肉粉麵!
