To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

超級中伏的小店星期日見吾使等位,一家三口唯有试吓,点知中晒伏。1.要我們坐二人位加侧边位=3位,留隔離兩個位預搭枱2.午市竟然設每人最低消費,小孩也要3.生牛肉河D牛肉鞋到咬吾開4.香茅豬扒好un, 吾淋,工人姐姐也煑得好食过佢5.趕住收碗趕客走6.有pair情侣食到一半要人掉位去另一張枱,比張4人枱有客入来香港有D咁嘅食店,影衰哂香港,吾怪之咁多人北上揾食。

位於筲箕灣東大街59至99大廈12號B地下越鋒味越式餐廳一間越南老闆娘開既越南餐廳,呢間舖頭開咗六年,疫情前已經喺度,每星期會有一日放假,每到食飯時間,未開門前已經會有人排隊,講到食物係真係幾好味,但係老闆娘成日會黑口黑面,可能因為門面全部要自己做。我經常會嚟呢度食,越南牛肉河粉,佢哋個湯底係用牛骨牛腩熬製,湯底入面有當歸嘅香味,我會加埋檸檬、辣椒、同埋魚露,味道會更加突出,平日都會有啲餐,加少少錢會有小食,有飲品免費

老實講,個樣似街肆賣既牛肉粉麵差唔多都係一樣款式。今次食咗呢款牛肉粉麵,真係唔同以往喎!首先佢用料十足,紅色牛肉塊又肥又嫩,配埋幾片翠綠色番梗葉,好食!湯底亦都唔會過於油膩,馬油味十足,浮滿頭上嘅粉麵竟然好彈牙至於檸檬,我會多少滴啲落去調和味道,亦都令到湯底分甜清新咗唔少。不過呢家人有點唔習慣,因為通常嘅牛肉粉都偏甜,而且唔會太清爽。最後佢嗰個價錢都相當值,性價比高。店主都好有禮貌,對客人態度好好,都算係幾細心。如果喺附近,非常推薦來呢度食牛肉粉麵!

越式生牛肉牛腩片檬粉,牛肉鮮嫩,牛腩燘得淋身,湯頭濃郁及較甜,檬粉份量很少,且質感過淋,一咬即爛,檬粉軟硬度有特提升。蝦頭膏海鮮湯河粉,青口、蝦和墨魚份量足夠,鮮味卻一般,尤其墨魚沒什麼味道,質感較硬身。湯頭中的蝦頭膏味很淡,比起生牛肉河湯頭較遜色。另外我們下單時要求多洋蔥、香菜,餐廳都有做到,很不錯👍🏻飲品方面,鹹檸七的酸鹹爽口,清涼解渴。紅豆椰子冰則是甜而不膩,椰子的香氣與紅豆的甜味完美融合,如椰子味再濃點味道更佳。🙂

又到東大街榲食,收風呢度有間越南菜幾正!越鋒味越式餐廳 的舖面不大,食物種類也算多!雞扒撈檬 外賣回公司食!仍保留有暖感,雞扒惹味也有咬口。加上青瓜絲、炸蒜、花生碎等配料,口感更為豐富。醬汁另外上!飲品叫了凍檸茶,味道剛剛好!
