長假期留港消費有着數,兩個人獨霸廂房、以親民價品嚐富豪飯堂前大廚的私房菜,喺邊度有得食?遠赴大埔,這一程物有所值!眾所周知,灣仔「福臨門」是屹立不倒多年的富豪飯堂,這晚我們到大埔「龍尾軒」品嚐的私房菜,主理人龍師傅正是那處的前大廚,工作有10多年之久。這個晚上由龍師傅發辦,每位$510 的私房菜,吃到的、果然是富豪們喜歡的味道,細緻的家常菜,清而味足,沒有混濁的調味料,材料新鮮,份量恰到好處。我倆最欣賞 正宗順德拆魚羹,其次是燒椒皮蛋、鮑汁章魚雞粒炒飯完全就是那富豪飯堂的味道!前菜三款:燒椒皮蛋、香煎蓮藕餅、黑蒜牛柳粒燒椒皮蛋最有驚喜,辣汁調味出色,香而不過辣;黑蒜牛柳粒鬆軟味香,相比之下蓮藕餅太順滑,若然能保留多些蓮藕纖維口感會更合我心意。正宗順德拆魚羹材料豐富,刀工幼細,很有魚羹的香味,內有陳皮、魚、粉絲、馬蹄、豆腐、欖仁、紅蘿蔔絲、木耳絲及薑絲等。桃茸生汁蝦球迷你蝦撻有西菜的影子,也許因為有桃汁及沙律醬,鮮爽的蝦球帶少少酸,食落更開胃。香煎帶子伴螞蟻上樹造型花上心思,帶子中央的辣椒粒很搶鏡!粉絲的乾濕度恰到好處,味道豐富入味。野菌紅燒豆腐味道及口感皆豐富的素菜,厚切的冬菇片及鮑魚
