喺大尾督玩完去附近食埋嘢先返屋企,睇左幾間,見佢介紹寫話係前福臨門廚師主理,而且出面有個中式庭園仔,感覺私隱度好高又好靚,最後就入去試一試三款前菜 ($160)兩個人唔係食好多,所以揀咗幾款前菜可以試多幾款味。黑松露翡翠豆腐好出色,將豆苗釀咗喺豆腐入面,加埋個醬汁係完全食到廚師嘅功架,真係出面食唔到👉🏻酸辣土豆絲👉🏻黑蒜牛柳粒👉🏻黑松露翡翠豆腐👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻五指毛桃玉竹燉雞湯($196)私房菜嘅燉湯永遠都冇令人失望,清甜、足料、夠滋潤漁村小炒王($168)惹味小炒王,魷魚、蝦乾都好香,配白飯就一流了烤菠蘿咕嚕肉($160)菠蘿又甜又清新,中和返咕嚕肉油炸嘅熱氣感紅豆沙湯圓($120)紅豆沙唔會太甜,有香嘅果皮味,仲有湯圓添走嗰陣時,侍應仲介紹話呢度可以包場,有卡拉OK,而且每層都有獨立廁所,鍾意私隱度高,又想攪啲私人聚會,呢度都係唔錯嘅選擇 continue reading

今晚同屋企人book左食冬至飯,有兩個老人家,所以揀左間粤式私房菜,打電話黎book既時候已經知道可以揀廚師發辦,一於試一試大廚🧑‍🍳推介。入到餐廳門口已經見到個中式傳統四合院式裝修,香港🇭🇰真係比較獨有。首先上既係前菜三小碟。金沙南瓜片,南瓜好甜,再用上薄薄一層既咸蛋黃醬包住,一食就非常開胃🤤椒鹽魷魚🦑,平時都有食開既都知最怕係有層好厚既炸粉,但今次既呢碟,唔單止炸得好鬆脆,仲有魷魚既鮮味。辣子雞丁 🐥,雞粒Size啱啱好,辣道又非常適中,冬天食真係啱哂。食完前菜,就上左每人一位羊肚菌粟子燉鮑魚湯,老人家最鍾意飲燉湯,佢哋仲讚好足料,鮑魚鮮甜,飲完真係暖粒粒。欖角陳皮炒斑球,呢度菜最好嘅係起哂骨,對於鐘意食魚既老人家👵🏻真係天大喜訊。今次既斑球啖啖用,雖然位上得兩三塊,但係都非常滿足😌。燒汁真菌炒牛柳粒,身為牛魔王🐃既我已經非常興奮,今次用上真菌做配搭,食落更加有口感。海螺葱油雞🐤。第一次食葱油雞配上海螺🐚,爽口既海螺配上滑雞,味道更加鮮甜。食到咁上下本來想嗌個白飯,點知就即刻上左個XO醬黑松露海皇炒飯🤣。炒飯一粒粒,配上特製XO醬,真係一大滿足。古法豬油炒菜心🥬,豬油炒菜唔洗講一定又香又爽甜,兩位老人家食完都係讚不絕口。最後送上紅豆沙湯圓做甜品,今晚係冬至飯,當然要團團圓圓啦。 continue reading
