平時食秋刀魚多,竹籤魚真係較少吃,配上帶柚子味既醬油,魚肉不腥,肉質緊緻,沾上微酸既醬油,以及魚皮面既焦香,就算不愛吃魚既人也會多吃幾口

第七道 - 三文魚卷配上三文魚籽

非常焾身,食落口後材料皆融為一體,唯一覺得壽司飯過於焾,所以有炸天婦羅粒伴碟 

第八道 - 豆腐芝士蛋糕

最後一道,甜品係豆腐芝士蛋糕,都係小店自家制,食落去淡淡的豆腐香,為今日畫上完美既句號。

香港人生活上乜都要快,就連食飯都急急腳食,想坐低慢慢嘆既話,「神川」係唔錯既選擇,食物質素唔錯,OMAKASE又一道一道菜咁慢慢上,同知己/閨蜜/另一半慢慢吹水食飯既好地方。
