To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抗戰差不多四分一世紀,連上天也看不過眼,而哭泣起來,究竟,何時才會見青天?偏偏,我在這晚考試,走不掉。完場後,走到商場內的一風堂,看見期間限定的德島拉麵正式上場,月前看見友人S兄在面書上的照片,豬肉中間加隻生雞蛋,賣相非常吸引。晚上九點多,還有不少的食客,在吧檯坐下連餐單也不看,只說:(唔該一碗德島拉麵。)在豚骨湯當頭的今天,德島拉麵好像沒有在香港出現過,一風湯推出德島拉麵之前,曾經廣邀一些博客優先試,可能之前我推卻邀請太多,所以現今沒有再找我了,哈哈!我倒也沒所謂,反正樂於自行付費光顧,$88一碗德島拉麵,未計加一服務費,差不多一百元的拉麵,與兩年前的價廉物美的形象,似乎越行越遠。德島拉麵湯底,以豬骨與雞骨的結晶,濃郁中帶鮮香,沒有很混濁的感覺,然後再將生雞蛋與湯底伴勻,質感更濃。鹵過的豬腩肉,肉質鬆軟,入口沒渣,味道香甜。直身的幼麵條,煙韌彈牙,吸湯汁力亦強。最後,當然把湯底喝光,除非太難吃,否則,吃到碗底朝天,是常識吧。在我專頁上,有讀者慨嘆一風堂越出越多花款,恐怕會自毀長城,變成第二間味千。。。哎呀,又未致於去到那麼悲觀,一風堂的出品,在市場上未必最好,但勝在穩陣,偶然來個限定

哎呀,又未致於去到那麼悲觀,一風堂的出品,在市場上未必最好,但勝在穩陣,偶然來個限定出品,待客人多點新鮮感,才能歷久常新。
也許,這就是香港一風堂的經營之道。
