最近發現咗一間隱世西餐!5-course tasting menu 竟然只係$298 pp😳真係抵到喊~🐟Kanpanchi Carpaccio一開始冇留意到個Menu原來係生魚片🙈食落先知道~ 不過好彩嘅係佢一啲都唔腥🥹酸酸地有啲檸檬味,亦有啲橄欖油調味~係個都幾醒目嘅appetiser🦀Crab Toast個多士烘得好香脆,而且極級多蟹肉絲,仲有幾粒魚子醬喺上邊,加咗啲龍蝦蛋黃醬去調味真係惹味好多😋(2 choose 1)🍝Linguine Vongole白酒煮蜆意粉就不過不失,都重白酒味,而且亦都加咗好多香蒜喺度,而蜆肉都算多嘅~辣辣地都係幾開胃🐥Penne with Three Yellow Chicken Breast第一次食過咁濃味嘅青醬意粉~雖然係三黃雞胸,但係出邊煎得好香,不過入邊都有少少鞋~但係個雞胸都算入味,唔會太過同個Penne separate(2 choose 1)💚Salmon Fillet一開始就俾呢個擺盤嚇親😳超級artistic超似藝術品😍 嗰嚿三文魚係個外皮煎到非常香脆,亦都係一啲腥味都冇~魚肉都好鮮嫩~而西洋菜汁都同個魚好夾,我自己係覺得呢個Di

🐮Grilled Beef Siriloin
牛肉片煎得好靚,外皮都好有炭火香味,不過就煎得有少少硬,同埋入邊都可能有筋,所以要咀嚼一陣先會食得完~不過都重牛味~

覺得呢個Tiramisu算係好正宗嘅Tiramisu~入面都唔係用蛋糕而係用ladyfingers做夾層嘅,而且會食得出ladyfingers都浸咗足夠時間嘅Baileys,所以都重咖啡酒香味~texture都creamy~
Overall係cp值超高嘅一餐🥰 三文魚扒係真係好有驚喜🤩
