To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新蒲崗係一個好多小店嘅社區，除左mikiki或者airside，街頭有好多親民小店值得試試👍🏻今晚搵到一間麵店除左一般粉麵之外，竟然仲有鮑汁冬菇花膠食😮吸引左我同朋友入去食😆鮑汁冬菇花膠 （跟飯/麵）無論花膠或冬菇都好入味，索晒鮑汁精華，而且入口軟腍，花膠份量十足，夾極都仲有😆 和風豬軟骨飯豬軟骨同樣份量好多，果然性價比極高，豬軟骨烹調得軟腍，味道甜甜地幾入味🐷脆炸鮮鯪魚球 + 炸墨魚餅炸物即叫即製，熱辣辣🔥雙拼每款炸物各有3件，鯪魚球大大粒，冇骨唔腥，蘸埋蜆芥醬更加鮮味，另外墨魚餅彈牙，中間仲有粟米粒增加口感油菜一碟菜芯煮得翠綠嫩口，可以揀蠔油或腩汁🥬自家制涼茶2樽天氣炎熱，店家有自家制涼茶就啱晒而家飲，有薏米同清心茶，即刻降晒火👍🏻
