今日帶屋企長輩黎試下依間酒樓,因為係酒店入面,所以好少會為意到有間酒樓。依間酒樓有好多懷舊點心,本身諗住散叫,但發現好多想食既野同6人餐既選擇差唔多,所以就叫左個6人餐。茶位$15一位。廚師靚湯 (6碗)雖然只係好普通嘅青紅蘿蔔湯,但係好飲過屋企自己價煲嗰啲,啲湯好夠味。香煎素鵝 (小食)外皮好脆口,而且口感味道都唔似素肉。水晶鮮蝦餃 (6粒)正宗皮薄餡靚。蟹子蒸燒賣 (6粒)好juicy,唔會好乾。安蝦鹹水角 (6粒)食得出係即叫即炸,入邊啲肉個味調得好好,個皮亦都好煙韌。蜜汁叉燒腸粉睇都睇到皮好薄,入面啲叉燒份量岩岩好。古法馬拉糕好鬆軟,食唔停口。楊州炒飯好大碟,亦都好足料。甜品 - 紅豆沙 (6粒)另外仲散叫左2個點心蜜汁叉燒包 (3個) $32瑤柱珍珠雞 (2隻) $42
