To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午時間,媽媽突然想吃燒烤,燒烤不一定是用燒烤叉或韓燒吧,一於去附近新開的日燒餐廳!莫說二人,一人都可以乾手淨腳享受香噴噴的烤肉! 我們2:20到達,服務員問我們要否等2:30下午茶時段,午市套餐可再有八折優惠,我們決定等一等。 2:30我們被安排入座,座位寛趟舒適,環境清潔,店内沒多太烤肉的氣味,抽風系統應該運作得不錯,不用擔心被燻得全身肉香。 桌面上有平版電腦菜牌可供客人直接點菜,當然亦可請服務員代勞。我點了兩個午市套餐,套餐包括烤肉兩款(每款四件)、牛蒡前菜、昆布湯,白飯(可添)及餐飲,枱面備有三種醬料,分別有燒烤醬、醬油及蒜鹽,燒烤醬比較甜,醬油則比較普通,所以蒜鹽是我的最愛,配任何一款烤肉都能很對味。 烤肉我選了牛肋肉、豚肉、雞腿肉和牛腹胸,牛肋肉肉質較有咬口,牛的油脂較多,肉味濃亦香口,推介。豚肉可見五層肥瘦分明,明顯是腩肉部位,入口香但又不會覺得太肥。雞腿肉肉質嫩滑,但因為較厚身,注意烤的時間要多一點,牛腹胸油脂不多,肉質嫩滑,有點似牛柳的口感,整體來說,各類烤肉的質素都很不錯。店內對客人不同肉類的燒烤時間有建議作為參考,燒烤夾也分了生和熟食兩個夾,十分貼心。這裡的飯似乎

這裡的飯似乎是珍珠米,彈牙有勁。餐飲點了熱柚子蜜和熱咖啡,咖啡很香濃,質素不錯,推介。 總結是食物質素、環境和服務都令人滿意。
