To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過蠔餅，喺網上搵到呢間，既然係屋企附近，不如去試一試。就算冒着生命危險經過強制檢測嘅新都城，都要闖一闖...小店位於街市入面，但環境比想像中企理，坐得都幾舒服。我哋叫咗一個炸蠔餅同炒麵share。蠔餅一上到黎，心諗: 好似好好味喎! 正當我流晒口水，開始分嚟食，老闆娘就過嚟話呢個蠔餅唔得，整過份俾你。佢即刻收咗份蠔餅，然後我地十個黑人問號，食咗咁多年，蠔餅都係咁樣，究竟係咩唔得呢。謎底終於解開，原來真正嘅蠔餅應該係咁嘅樣。顏色都爭幾遠，難怪老闆娘一睇就話唔得。原來我食咁多年嘅蠔餅，都係overcook。食落去非常鬆脆，有少少似日本天婦羅嘅感覺，蠔亦非常新鮮同足料， 完全超晒班。本來諗住兩樣嘢應該唔夠飽，點知蠔餅夠晒飽肚，非常滿足。應該唔會再去北角嗰間潮XX啦。本身跟餐得一杯奶茶，個哥仔見我哋個蠔餅要再炸過，等耐左，送多咗杯奶茶俾我哋，埋單仲有九折。 個種人情味，同溫暖，同對食物質素嘅堅持，差不多要流淚了。呢度嘅蠔餅，應該係我一生人食過最好食。下次想食，一定會再嚟!
