今日為咗慶祝朋友生日,約咗一齊去位於荔枝角嘅長沙灣廣場食,原來裡面有間具有特色嘅Fusion日本餐廳。😃📍 Mata Japanese Cuisine (荔枝角)荔枝角長沙灣道833號長沙灣廣場3樓308號舖🔻1. 雞皮薯片✨脆卜卜,油而不膩,食完開哂胃🔻2. 花椒枝豆+醃蘿蔔✨枝豆麻而不辣,會食上癮🤪🔻3. 吉列池魚扒配脆炸甜番薯條✨邊會估到Fish & Chips都會有咁多花臣😛佢比一般fish & chips 用嘅鱈魚滑身好多,魚香味滲透。佢地嘅自製他他都好出色,平衡返酥炸嘅野食。🔻4. 古法制南蠻雞✨上面係秘製蛋沙律和椰菜絲,俾我清一清味蕾。老闆話呢款汁加咗醋而成,配上嫩滑雞髀肉,唔怪之得食落咁開胃。同師傅傾落,原來已經係失傳嘅做法,唔怪之得同出面食嘅係有啲唔同。🔻5. 茄子大阪燒✨用茄子加多嚟取替大阪燒用嘅麵粉真係好有創意,食落又真係似模似樣🤣再加上大阪醬同木魚,做法一絲不苟,係唔係素食者都必點嘅手工菜而今次試咗兩隻Cocktail各有特色,而且都好易入口🍶🔻6. 青✨用青蘋果、菠蘿、Wasabi,並用Volka底調配而成,好有清甜嘅感覺,更有wasabi 微微嘅後勁。大推🎉
