估唔到長沙灣廣場3樓都幾多嘢食,我哋行過見到呢間環境清幽雅緻,又係食日本嘢,岩哂我男友,就揀左呢間食晚飯Fuji Mountain $48見到有富士山嘢飲,覺得幾有趣!果然賣相不錯,以藍古拉索溝檸檬、菠蘿同荔枝,頂上雪層亦加左奶霜,飲落香甜清新,有少少啫喱糖味。Mata Punch $48呢款punch主要有橙、菠蘿、蔓越莓同埋桃,果味濃郁之餘,比較酸少少,但可接受,感覺稍為刺激味蕾。正式開餐前有小菜先,係店家自己醃製的白蘿蔔、酸瓜等等,感覺更加天然新鮮雞皮餃子 $48呢道小食未見過,用雞皮做餃子?味道都幾好啵,除左外脆內嫩,雞皮自身都幾煙韌,係一般餃子皮做唔到嘅。入面都肉汁四溢,肉味香濃,值得一食!鹽燒牛舌心 $88呢串燒牛舌好有心思,見到頭尾都被剪掉,只留下中間最軟嫩的部分,果然入口即融;加上鹽味、黑胡椒同檸檬汁點綴,惹味同時鮮味十足!燒油甘魚餃 $168平時食壽司我都鍾意食油甘魚,見有燒熟的都想試下。本身怕會腥,但因為加左醋同蔥,一啲都唔腥,魚肉軟嫩鮮美,都不錯!松阪豬肉串 $88呢款豬肉串本身用醋、酒同腐乳醃過先燒,果然入口係有少少腐乳同酒味,味道豐富有層次,豬肉油香豐腴,但唔會油膩明太子意粉 $78喺門口餐牌已經見到呢道餸啦,我係好鍾意明太子,辣辣哋、鹹鹹哋,惹味得黎又刺激中樞神經,而且仲有我最愛嘅紫菜,兩者配合,係非常夾嘅!最後竟然有甜品送,好驚喜,原來又係餐廳自家製㗎!覺得佢地真係好有心機,好熱衷於研究同製作美食!呢塊花生酥都好正,好鬆化! continue reading

長沙灣廣場呢間日本居酒屋有好多幾有創意嘅fusion菜,而且價錢都相對唔貴,朋友推介,所以去試下。兩個人叫咗幾樣野食同兩款cocktail ,好夠飽,每人大約3百蚊鬆啲。⭐前菜每人首先會有兩碟前菜:蘿蔔、中華沙律。⭐雞皮薯片平時食雞皮都係串燒,今次呢個係一大塊雞皮炸到好似薯片咁脆,仲配埋少少七味粉,食落更加惹味。⭐滕椒腸滕椒腸係日本空運返港,食入口時啲汁爆哂出黎,勁香勁正!不過絕對唔可以睇小個辣度,越食越覺得辣。⭐茄子大阪燒呢個大阪燒用咗茄子同蛋代替平時食開嘅粉漿,夠哂有創意,而味道唔輸蝕比平時嘅大阪燒,啲蛋食落仲好滑,醬汁同木魚絲夠哂多。⭐牛油果醬芥茉煙三文魚意粉賣相幾有心思,煙三文魚整到成朵花咁。意粉沾滿牛油果醬,微微帶點芥茉味,所以唔會蓋過牛油果嘅清香。⭐赤呢度嘅cocktail好似飲sake咁上枱。Cocktail用冰水浸住,可以保持佢凍,又唔會破壞個味。呢杯赤幾好飲,好似fruit punch咁,酸酸甜甜,飲開酒的話,會覺得酒味唔濃。⭐橙呢杯就幾清香,有伯爵茶嘅味道。⭐花生酥餐廳最後送咗呢個自家手製嘅花生酥做甜品,食落充滿好濃郁嘅花生味,好似食口花生醬咁濃,而口感亦都非常酥脆!佢仲有禮盒裝賣,一盒有8塊。整體黎講,呢間啲野食同飲品都高質,會有下次。 continue reading

雞皮薯片,餐廳嘅雞皮份量彼得非常多,而且每件都大大塊本身我同朋友都非常鍾意食雞皮,呢一份雞皮竟然有5大塊,非常適合鍾意食雞皮的我,佢炸得非常脆,而且味道上都幾好,簡單嘅調味令到雞皮嘅味道更加突出,整體上我同朋友都非常滿意!明太子翠玉瓜(兩串)我哋都叫咗一個翠玉瓜試吓因為餐廳話佢係肉明太子醬放喺上邊冇諗過呢一個味道上嘅配搭都幾好,明太子醬辣辣地再加埋翠玉瓜嘅味道本身比較清淡,所以兩個嘅味道加埋就啱啱好,而且翠玉瓜非常 juicy! 咬落去成個口感到非常好食!三文魚腩串,呢個三文魚腩餐廳係燒得非常香,咬落去食到充滿油香味嘅三文魚腩,我同朋友本身都鍾意食三文魚,所以覺得呢一個非常好食,再加埋佢特別配製嘅醬汁就令到成件事冇咁油膩,加咗醬汁食嘅味道亦都更佳!南蠻雞,餐廳唔係用炸嘅方式去做,而且係用一個類似香煎雞扒嘅形式去做,再加埋佢哋特別配製嘅調味,喺配搭上再加埋沙律蛋同埋椰菜,成個份量都非常多,我覺得淨係食配菜都差啲飽😂 雞扒非常好食而且係傳統嘅日本味道,我同朋友都覺得原來煎嘅味道更加好!每人起碼一大塊!糖心蛋煙鴨胸鴨湯拉麵,另外都叫咗個拉麵食佢呢一個煙鴨胸做得非常好,同拉麵嘅味道非常夾,拉麵嘅湯底唔會話好鹹,所以整體上嘅質素我都覺得非常好,而且佢嘅糖心蛋做得好靚,咬落去流心嘅蛋黃出晒嚟,同朋友都覺得幾好食!餐廳整體質素唔錯,而且非常就腳喺荔枝角地鐵站行上去就係,有機會會再返嚟幫襯! continue reading

上次朋友介紹我嚟呢一間喺荔枝角嘅日式小店,念念不忘,因為佢真係一間好有誠意嘅餐廳,當中我最欣賞嘅就係佢嘅雞皮餃子,唔係又香又脆咁簡單,佢塊餃子皮其實好薄,所以炸嘅時候係需要一啲技術嘅,否則一係就會炸到好燶變曬深啡色甚至係會爆裂搞到入面啲餡會bit出嚟,一係就搞到入面啲餡唔夠熟,所以今次再嚟要encore呢一個雞皮餃子。 continue reading
