To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六晚到處都人山人海，去元氣攞飛等位，貪其差唔多到會有sms提示，行遠少少都唔驚。行住街等又覺耐，但其實都等左半個鐘。海膽軍艦，半滆嘅海膽，睇得出亦食得出唔新鮮。海鹽赤海蝦，蝦新鮮，加埋鹽同檸檬汁食，好清新。蟹柳沙律船，好甜，蟹柳下面放左少少蛋絲，賣相幾靚。蒲燒鰻魚，鰻魚肥美。丸壽司三點，好得意，波形嘅壽司，但味道其實無變嘅。蛋，依然夠熱又夠滑。飛魚籽軍艦，無點豉油都好鹹，麻麻。火灸三文魚，肥美好食。湯烏冬，夠熱，烏冬彈牙，但味精湯底扣分。全店得四個伙計，人手不足，又漏單，賣哂又唔出聲。
