To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年後親戚聚餐，揀咗近長輩嘅新都城二期海港，一行九大人兩小朋友，點咗個價錢實惠嘅全包宴，另外加多三個小菜，價錢合理都幾大碟，味道正常，不過人手不足。鴻運脆皮王子豬，新鮮而且燒得幾好。上湯焗蝦球麵(選用萊茵衣藻麵)，唔錯，有少少似闊身嘅粗麵。發財好事瑤柱脯，瑤柱同蠔豉都幾大粒。泰式炸蝦餅。竹笙海皇燴燕窩，完全唔知有燕窩，我以為係普通湯羹。西蘭花炒帶子珊瑚蚌。欖豉醬蒸蝴蝶龍躉斑，某啲部份好鞋。海港燒鵝皇(半隻)，好肥美，好味。歡樂大蟠桃(12隻)，有奶黃同芋泥，無味。另加小菜：豉椒炒蜆炸豆腐。胡椒豬肚雞。
