To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

習慣了在元氣落單都是用手機自行下單，因為我去的多數都會是可以自動將食物送到客人枱面前的，今天去北角這家要自己點菜看着餐牌有點看不慣，下午茶時段沒有下午茶餐其他都要單點，於是點了一個烏冬，一份刺身，和一個小食，三文魚腩刺身最先來，有時未必可以點到因為會沒有貨，今天就可以吃到，二價錢來說味道還可以，但刺身切得比較薄，牛肉烏冬湯底比較油，牛肉比較靭，最後就是我本來有點期待的三文魚骹，因為都很難在其他吃日本菜的地方吃到這個，多數都是燒三文魚頭，但是三文魚骹真的肉很少，這個價錢完全不值得。
