呢度係唔接受訂檯只有Walk In,之前朋友食過話呢間餐廳就算要排個幾鐘都要食,所以我地係佢未開門五點十就到左,都已經有四五堆人係度🤭一入去就感受到店員們既熱情服務同熱鬧氣氛,外籍店員有介紹Special Menu,見到在場有人生日,全部店員列隊唱歌慶祝,壽星都真係難免有點尷尬😂不過全晚既音樂比較大聲,同日本餐廳既寧靜有差別🙃▪️ Drunken Clams(7/10)💲118蜆全部開曬既幾方便進食,食落有陣陣既Sake加上薄荷葉, 入口偏向清新,但部份會係有沙🙈▪️ Crispy Caramel Butter Corn(8/10)💲88熱辣辣上檯時都真係有幾分似天婦羅,入口粟米粒都幾脆身,焦糖面甜絲絲,亦不乏牛油香,甜度同幸福感🔝▪️ Japanese Omelette(7/10)💲78三文魚籽既鹹鮮,加上淡蘿蔔溶,底下係玉子,厚身得黎都唔會話乾硬身,不過就真係無咩大驚喜😳▪️ Yaki Udon(7.5/10)💲198蟹肉絲都幾多,撈勻之後蟹味依然鮮甜濃郁,加上個rich但唔膩既忌廉海鮮醬汁,彈牙烏冬又夠掛汁,整體口感味道都係唔錯既,唯獨係有食到少量蟹殼🦀▪️ Wagyu Kamameshi

可以揀配牛或者三文魚,我地照要左前者☺️無諗過日式餐廳入面點既,出到黎係咁中式既飯👉🏻👈🏻面頭有大量蔥花、雜菇同埋免治牛肉碎,中間隻蛋撈勻左之後,蛋味未算香濃,但本身醬汁辣辣地都惹味既🤔整體似係貴價版窩蛋牛肉飯,性價比唔特別高,可能叫其他Wagyu系列會更為出色🙈
