To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新加坡過江龍除咗喺尖沙咀有，終於喺港島有一間啦！室內嘅格局好整齊，而且光線十足，比人感覺好乾淨😀點餐方面可以好似快餐店咁到收銀處，或者手機QR code落單減少接觸~首先唔少得文華海南雞😙我加咗$10轉雞髀，啲肉好嫩，同埋我好鍾意佢個醬汁，仲有啲菜絲增加咬口~每一件雞我都沾佢唔同嘅醬，別有風味🤩套餐跟一碗豆腐生菜湯~幾清甜😙細心嘅應該見到佢有足足半嚿蒜茸！令個湯更加香蒜味~ 仲配埋油炸鬼食更jeng！鍾意食蒜茸嘅我加多咗碟蒜蓉炒生菜 🥬 💗超足料厚切五花腩🤤層次分明，一咬落去啲油香出哂嚟💗小食有唔少選擇，跟餐價好抵食😛可以試到新加坡嘅特色三文治，麵包勁香牛油味好鍾意🤤仲有就係點少得美祿恐龍🦖超級richhhh只係套餐加$10 冇理由唔加！面頭落咗好多美祿粉，攪勻左變美祿漿，鍾意朱古力嘅朋友一定要試😍呢一杯好驚喜，茶底係錫蘭茶，混合左好濃稠嘅嘢漿，首先飲到好重嘅椰奶味，後韻有茶香味，好新奇😯
