燈籠滷味由初初一兩間分,去到依家幾間分店,可想而知香港人有幾鍾意食台灣野!燈籠自選滷味米線、大腸、蜂巢牛肚、牛筋肉 $77食材都經過滷製,十分入味。最驚喜係連米線煮得剛好,口感較淋,不過就好濃滷水味!搭配著滷味的香氣,大腸和牛筋肉都煮得軟嫩,蜂巢牛肚入味得黎都keep到爽口。醉翁酒浸滷豬手 海苔醬香伴飯 $86豬手好入味,加入少少酒香,同米線個感覺又唔同。伴飯嘅海苔味香氣四溢,一羹接一羹咁食。香脆酥炸牡蠣 配柚子沙拉醬 $46牡蠣炸得金黃酥脆,口感鮮嫩,而裡面都keep到水分,搭配上柚子沙拉醬的微酸,增添了整體食物的層次感。黑糖珍珠奶綠 +$18最後點左杯台式飲品,黑糖的香甜與奶茶的濃郁完美結合,珍珠Q彈有嚼勁,完美!
