🤍上環·Paper Stone Bakery🤍店舖面積唔算好大 但應有盡有 好多款唔同嘅蛋糕/麵包/Bagel/三文治/飲品一入到去已經俾個涷櫃吸引住 好多款丹麥酥 賣相相當吸引有芒果/無花果雜莓/士多啤梨/焦糖香蕉/炙燒菠蘿/奇異果味頂層鋪滿又靚又新鮮嘅水果酥餅部份半邊有朱古力醬 中間仲有自家製嘅cream cheese打得結實之餘 入面柔滑細密買咗其中4款一試 所有味道都好夾🌈士多啤梨食落非常鮮甜帶微酸 開胃又好食 🌈無花果雜莓有無花果+士多啤梨🍓+藍莓🫐幾新鮮嘅配搭 豐富口感🌈炙燒菠蘿真係有淡淡焦香味而且菠蘿熟得啱啱好 果味十足🌈焦糖香蕉最甜 但唔會好膩香蕉🍌有啲太濕潤 令個丹麥酥易唔脆另外仲試咗2款海鹽法包唔好睇佢細細個都頂肚早餐/tea食 再配杯熱茶都幾嘆用咗法國麵粉Grands Moulins De Paris除咗無添加任何色素/防腐劑更加係用全人手揉捏+石窯式焗爐烘焙製作時間長達28小時🌈紅菜頭小紅莓海鹽法包以細碎的紅菜頭粒+汁液嚟整健康又有益 仲要都幾大個撕開一層層咁 食落煙韌 🌈海鹽牛油法包濃郁牛油香味 鹹甜味都有反而食到個包嘅原味道👅
