朋友話想食啲高質素嘅牛肉,梗係帶佢嚟專食牛肉嘅地方。好多部位我地都係第一次聽,一於今次嚟試下。 每碟價格都幾抵食,食幾碟已經夠飽,仲平過食放題😆😆😆😆牛雜湯底牛雜、大蔥、蘿蔔一齊熬煮而成嘅湯底,清甜得嚟又有牛雜可以食👍🏻👍🏻蘇格蘭雪花胸肋肉味算濃郁,有咬口😜😜✨加拿大艾伯塔牛側胸肉✨我同朋友都一致認同依款牛側胸肉最好食,雪花好靚之餘,肉質好淋身,又有油香,入口即溶😋😋😋肩胛翼板肩胛翼板肉質會比較瘦少少,嫩度適中,肉味重☺️😉匙柄又係牛肉其中一part嫩滑嘅部位,入口軟滑又有肉味,因為係靠近牛腿和牛腹,所以冇咩油脂😙安格斯-橫隔肌牛味濃郁,有咬口之餘,味道爽甜😬😬信州和牛腹肉係長野直送到香港嘅和牛腹肉油脂十足,食到一半,陣和牛同油脂嘅味就會出嚟,雖然價錢比其他肉類貴少少,但可以一試👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻牛駝峰牛駝峰係刁鑽嘅牛肉部位,有幼筋包住,油脂同肉嘅比例都適中😆油麥菜打邊爐唔少得嘅菜,索哂啲湯汁,好好食。
