一講起食酸菜魚就會諗起太二,依家係香港都食到,最近同朋友行開Airside, 見門口都幾多人等位,好受歡迎,所以一於試下!餐廳環境闊落,全部都係卡位座椅,坐得舒服之餘,同其他枱距離夠闊,空間感十足。老壇子酸菜魚(1至2人份) $258上菜既時候好有儀式感,侍應會叫口號。餐廳標榜酸菜比魚更好食,原來酸菜係由太二自家醃製,控時控溫醃製近一個月,唔怪之得食落特別新鮮爽脆!魚肉用左鱸魚,肉質鮮嫩滑溜,食落啖啖肉唔會有骨。我地仲加左金菇 +$20 同紅薯粉 +$20,兩款配菜都可以索晒湯汁既味道,酸酸辣辣好惹味!藤椒撈汁海鮮雞 $68期間限定既涼菜,有雞絲、蝦、蟶子、青瓜,藤椒汁分開上,鍾意落幾多就落幾多,我地怕辣落左少少撈,少少辣,但又唔會蓋左海鮮既鮮味,感覺好清新。蛋酥軟糍粑 $48即叫即炸,同平時食既有啲唔同,外層用左蛋漿包住,入口比較酥脆,裏面煙韌軟淋,好食!喜翻翻砂紅糖冰粉 $22食完酸菜魚,食碗冰粉解辣之餘仲可以清一清味蕾,紅糖冰粉有仙草、冰粉、紅糖,甜甜地,食完好涼快!西瓜椰椰冰粉 $22入面有西瓜粒、椰子啫喱、冰粉同杏仁片,椰子味突出,味道比較清甜,個人鍾意依款配搭多啲。飲品方面

飲品方面仲有個自助吧,可以俾大家自己沖陳皮洛神花茶,味道酸酸甜甜,好解辣!
