Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放咗工過嚟食飯，餐廳竟然坐滿哂，好彩有早少少book位，如果唔係walk in都可能未必有得食。招牌話梅骨 $115外面薄薄一層炸粉，食落好薄好脆，裡面嘅肉好軟好嫩，肉汁都好豐富。秘製嘅話梅醬好獨特，酸酸甜甜嘅味道好出色，好開胃，食落去真係好好味啊！椒鹽九肚魚 $105呢道菜係大牌檔必叫菜式！九肚魚炸到好酥脆，而且用椒鹽調味，多咗一啲微辣嘅味道，好香口。啱啱炸好嘅九肚魚一入口，咬落去有入口即溶嘅感覺。潮式蠔仔泡飯 (小) $85入面有新鮮蠔仔，味道好鮮甜，有啲蠔仔size都唔細隻。飯煮得剛剛好，粒粒分明，食落去，啲蠔仔嘅鮮味同埋飯嘅香氣，加上有肉碎吊味，落少少胡椒粉，令到味道更加豐富。青檸薏米水 $20係夏天飲最正啦！好解渴同埋好開胃。青檸嘅酸味同薏米嘅清香一齊飲，清熱解毒。
