To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🍚蘇媽.蘇媽馬來西亞茶餐室 (旺角)講到要喺香港食馬來西亞菜，第一間就諗起蘇媽！款式選擇多之餘價錢又合理，絕對係親民嘅馬拉菜之選！今日夜晚我又嚟到蘇媽度食嘢，叫咗幾款平時食開嘅菜式～椰汁斑斕冰（$38）飲落淡淡香濃嘅斑斕味，再加埋厚滑嘅椰汁冰，清涼好飲，充滿東南亞嘅感覺。椰香咖央多士（$42）絕對係必點嘅小食之一，見到幾乎每台都會叫一碟多士，作為招牌菜，呢個多士絕對好味又抵食，兩塊多士烤得黃金香脆，夾住椰香同斑斕味比例平均嘅咖央醬，再配上半融嘅牛油，令到成份多士嘅味道同口感都一流檳城白咖喱海鮮麵（$68）今餐嘅主菜！海鮮料好足，鮮蝦大隻鮮甜、仲有青口同埋彈牙嘅魚蛋，同香濃嘅白咖喱湯底簡直係絕配📍旺角上海街618號地下G01號舖
