呢間燒味酒家最近不少人慕名而來,專程來試一試燒味燒鴨係咪同傳聞中一樣。點咗一定要嚟食嘅燒鴨,半隻份量適中,侍應有問需唔需要去骨,揀咗唔需要去骨嘅。燒鵝嘅皮十分脆,肥瘦適中,油脂燒到已經接近溶化。肉質亦都係適中唔會過硬。燒鵝本身醃得入味,燒咗之後帶少少木香及油脂香非常好食。跟燒鵝上一碗豉油醬汁,味道偏甜唔會太鹹,配合燒鵝嘅肉味油脂味剛剛好唔油膩。另外點了另一道比較多人點嘅名菜,冰梅骨。同想像中嘅唔同,冰梅骨偏淋同埋味道比想像中冇咁濃郁。個人比較喜歡燒鵝多一啲。

另外點了另一道比較多人點嘅名菜,冰梅骨。同想像中嘅唔同,冰梅骨偏淋同埋味道比想像中冇咁濃郁。個人比較喜歡燒鵝多一啲。
