To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港有兩個地方好少涉足,但每年又總有三幾次晌嗰區搵食,一個喺紅磡,另個喺大圍,通常都喺有咩白事先至蒲去嗰頭,今晚咪就喺舊同事家人過身,所以到寶福山一趟。事後跟老婆返回大圍,佢話唔想食得太飽,粉麵就最好啦,我哋隨意搵,誤打誤撞嚟咗賣潮式粉麵嘅鹿苑。鹿苑茶記格局,一邊卡位,另一邊為細圓枱,排得啲位唔密,中間又一大條通道,感覺唔會太狹逼,況且,環境算幾企理。枱上插住面兩頁嘅簡便餐牌,一版主打都喺晒啲粉麵,另一版則有啲小食、麵包、多士、三文治……等等!溫馨提示,原來淨飲汽水、豆漿雙計。此外,仲有個「平日特惠粉麵餐」,加錢多杯餐飲,由$6-$15加幅不等,可以轉豆漿、汽水……紅豆冰、鹹檸樂……。自製豬肉丸米 $23見佢寫住「自製」,就即管叫碗試試。一客豬肉丸米有成5粒豬肉丸,粒粒頗大,咬落都幾爽口,稍嫌湯頭略為清淡啲。汕頭貢丸粗麵 $23貢丸麵一碗只有4粒,呎吋跟豬肉丸差不多,同樣口感幾爽彈,有啲菇香味;粗麵入口帶爽,鹼水味又唔算重,收貨啦。酥炸魚皮 $12一碟碟嘅炸魚皮搵保鮮紙包好放晒晌門口張摺枱上,叫做衛生啲。碟碟滿滿,份量挺多,入口確實幾酥脆,唔跩喎!事後先知堂食有半份嗌,其實我哋要半份都

!蠔油菜心,$13一碟,都唔好話收得你貴,依家啲菜心都不知幾貴,況且眼前碟菜心色澤翠綠,食落又無乜渣,算喺咁啦。
