To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人生食過最難食嘅豬扒飯

早幾日去西九揾到美食，今日再戰西九發掘好食，抵食餐廳。今次去咗呢間雅典娜餐廳，餐牌見有賣意粉，焗飯，鐵板飯/麵，而下午茶時段就會有啲輕食茶餐，如三文治，西多士，薯條等小食。午飯時段想食飽啲，所以就點咗個茄汁焗豬扒飯。點知一試難忘，我敢講呢個飯係我呢世人食過最難食嘅焗豬扒飯。見到個飯嘅賣相已經唔開胃，茄醬唔明點解可以咁淡色偏粉，入口完全冇茄醬味。上面陣芝士勁重味，重到有啲似嘔吐物味，去到呢刻我已經唔想再食， 奈何唔想浪費，唯有撩底下啲飯食下，可惜連個飯口感都淋淋地。成個飯豬扒反而正正常常，可惜都沾滿咗茄汁同芝士味，所以格硬食咗兩啖就投降了。最後食剩咗一大半，真係第一次。
