To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食Peking duck,今日去開太古,就去金公館食晚餐。烤北京填鴨必食!茗茶$13/位蒜泥白肉($72)每片白肉夾住薄薄的青瓜片,蒜蓉混入蘿蔔蓉,醬汁帶點甜不太辣,十分惹味的前菜。烤北京填鴨($238半隻)填鴨皮同肉分開,皮薄香脆, 滿口油香 。肉鴨味重,口感滿足,跟上有一盤填鴨皮,用蒸籠上, 皮薄至透視, 口感煙韌, 不會很飽, 可一直吃, 醬料方面當然是填鴨精髓,傳統填鴨醬,燒鵝梅子醬,比較特別是有桂花醬,為填鴨帶來清新, 還有日式芝麻醬, 一直吃到底都不會悶, 鴨肉可另外點醬單獨吃,啖啖肉。雪菜鴨絲炆年糕(+$98)有不少鴨肉絲,年糕夠煙韌,芽菜爽口,雪菜唔太鹹,比坊間的健康,仲好有飽足感。
