💛 HKG - Maru De Sankaku 鯛白湯らーめん○de▽ 💛ᵕ̈ ᑋᵉᑊᑊᵒ ᵕ̈ ᑋᵉᑊᑊᵒ 終於有機會食 marudesan 💙 自己並唔係一個中意速食文化嘅人 所以係有少少唔中意一種一坐底就要食嘅感覺。同大家講聲，要齊人先可以落單比錢同入座 。所以大家要準時啦。排隊期間都會送返盒qoo 紙包飲品😉 鯛白湯有非常香嘅魚同海鮮貝殼味，都幾鮮甜 💜 如果想食濃味啲就試下個沾麵。用鯛魚同豚骨雞白湯去整，加上佢個麵係波浪紋，都幾掛汁。麵身都幾煙靭。其實有少少似關廟麵 😂 ᵕ̈ ᑋᵉᑊᑊᵒ ᵕ̈ ᑋᵉᑊᑊᵒmarudesan no table for incomplete parties, gotta order and pay first before u have your seat which I think this is totally unnecessary n uncomfortable. But I know most people don’t care about it hahaha so just to remind u guys don’t be late ! 😏

Anyway, we ordered a white fish broth ramen and tsukemen. Not sure if they have an Eng menu.
Tasty ramen with strong fish soup stock ( clear ) , it’s kinda refreshing lol if u want some taste heavier then u should choose the thick soup tsuemen 💜 personally I like the tsuemen more with the thick noodles it absorbs more and juicer hahahaha
