To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年第一次吃大閘蟹秋天到就想起吃大閘蟹!往年也有來過這裏吃,除了大閘蟹,其他中菜也不錯,而且容易訂枱,所以選擇了來這裏吃大閘蟹。我們點了兩位用的大閘蟹套餐。每人一隻五兩的公蟹(單點$388/1隻),涼菜兩款,小菜兩碟,湯,小籠包,雲吞,還有水果跟甜品,很優惠。大閘蟹:蟹膏好香滑,蟹味很重,蟹肉也很多,鮮甜美味!蟹粉海鮮羹:蟹肉跟蟹粉也很多,湯底鮮甜! 蟹粉小籠包:蟹粉香濃,肉新鮮,肉湯很多,不錯。冬菇豆苗:冬菇軟熟,豆苗新鮮,很好。小菜份量多,味道不錯,整體非常好,會再來。
