兩星期前朋友問我有冇興趣食日本野🍣師父發板的高級日本料理元朗近年都開左幾間,每間都不同特式今次就試下「壽司源」🍣店內吧枱大約有十幾個坐位,環境舒適夠闊坐得舒服,每位師傅負責三至四位客人的食物,座位有限一定要預約,很難先有位😂😂😂😂😂😂一問到有位咩日子都照殺!料理分了3種價錢$300、$500、$600其真寫日文⋯我一個字都睇唔明😂咁難得有位就試最頂級的Lunch$600碟上的小食師傅會不停添加,一邊傾計一邊食都加左3-4次😂前菜係茶碗蒸🥰I like👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻開始的刺身會由口味比較清淡開始,慢慢一直食到濃味的魚,芥辣味道適中,不會太辣👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻蝦壽司隻大蝦唔知叫咩名😂不過蝦糕好濃味😋正拖羅壽司都口感細滑👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻燒剝皮魚好好食,魚油充足👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻好香魚味兩款海膽壽司都很正👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻魚子手卷好足料👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻最後的甜品我地叫了柚子壽司好好味好清新,為呢餐飯畫上左完美句號
