和食竟然只係兩粒好細既日本東風螺
加一隻好細既日本蠔 同 三文魚子飯

先唔講質素,$800 lunch依個陣容真係完全唔接受。質素還好,但$800 lunch既omakase去到港島區都大把選擇,俾既料同處理方法都有誠意得多。難怪即日都book到,仲要去到係冇人。

物價貴左,加價都明白。但d料比起幾年前降左唔只兩三個grade,真係好失望。

最後就是甜品,雪糕。紫薯味超香超好味,簡直是啖啖都幸福,柚子比起酸會較甜,都非常適合炎夏時消暑。

整餐由流程到食物質素都非常滿意,師傅亦會細心講解當日時令的刺生是什麼,怎樣處理和調味。當然性價比亦非常高,如此高質的刺生丼飯我都是第一次遇到,回味無窮。
