To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

五年前去過,覺得唔錯。三年前再去,大不如前,物非所值。今年五‧一,去完昂坪,一行八人,俾多次機會佢,可惜.....叫左以下食物:1. 燒腩仔: $40,塊皮硬到咬崩牙,肥肉還肥肉,瘦肉還瘦肉,唔係五花腩,一啖超膩,一啖勁"鞋",絕對唔配叫做燒腩仔。2. 豉椒炒蜆(例牌):真係好"例牌"。3. 豉椒炒蟶子(例牌):又係"豉椒",唔係因為我地鍾意,係佢地問都唔問就煮左。非常鹹,0的蟶子唔知有冇浸夠,好多沙,啖啖沙,中招機會率係超過百分之八十。4. 椒鹽大賴尿蝦(1斤):$168/斤,3隻。一般貨色,唔好期望有驚喜。5. 中式牛柳:d洋係生0既。6. 海鮮粉絲蝦米雜菜煲7. 東江豆腐煲:好多又腥又多骨0既鯪魚球,湯底好多味精。8. 揚州炒飯環境:好多蚊,好大隻。大量烏蠅鍥而不捨地騷擾食客。服務:叫天不應,自生自滅,有人行來行去,但係全部都睇你唔到。差0的嗌破喉嚨,終於有人應,但係佢完全唔熟菜譜,問佢除左紅燒豆腐有乜野豆腐菜色,佢答:「都係果0的囉」??? 結果我地自己"發現"東江豆腐煲,不過都係貼錢買難受之作。隔離仲搞笑,想訂兩個禮拜後食飯,個待應叫佢到時先好打電話黎,咁早訂,佢地會唔記得,

交通:等左好耐,佢地東涌展示0既兩個電話都係長響。到終於有車黎,原來架車係非常殘0既貨van,六點幾七點,非常多人等緊,竟然派架7座位貨車出黎!!!!! 一行8人,都要分兩次先去到。仲要係用同一部車,即係等佢入到去再出返黎,足足半個鐘,先可以齊人去到。

價錢:差不多$600,唔值。
