To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚帶咗朋友去滾！名妓湯底:城寨特濃沙嗲鍋湯底落足料，濃稠惹味，未開始煮已經好香~寬粉係一定要叫吧，吸收晒沙嗲汁嘅精華！食物擺盤很美，有種高貴的感覺。先來半份手切騸牯黃牛金花𦟌，夠薄身，入口軟滑！好多 火鍋店只係會留呢個靚部份俾啲熟客，估唔到呢間有得叫。紐西蘭羊片幾夠So，羊肉味頗濃郁。海鮮-花甲，好大隻，吾洗撈吾番啲肉，好甜，而且好新鮮，上枱時仲郁呀！另外，撚嘢手藝有幾款好推介。手打墨魚丸真係粒粒彈牙，如果大粒啲會更好！自家製黑松露蟹肉餃，非常香的黑松露，而且食到蟹味，比平時的豬肉餡更”鮮”!客倌們，如果接到以下對聯，夠創意的話，仲可以有機會獲免費酒精飲品:「燈紅酒綠滾一滾」我:飲飽食醉喺度瞓！🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
