關東sukiyaki食得多,關西壽喜燒呢?香港有嘅,不過唔多,今次近近哋試吓銅鑼灣呢間壽兵衛先Deluxe Wagyu Set ($980)最好係全日一個menu,晏晝食多啲,仲有成個下晝夜晚去消化前菜三點係北海道白粟米、磯煮鮑魚及水雲水母;集鮮甜煙韌酸甜於一身刺身三點有白身魚、帆立貝及拖羅海膽和牛他他平時好少食牛肉他他,不過呢個比較特別,上面有黑魚子、海膽、鵪鶉蛋及最底有雪梨粒,撈埋一齊食真係冇咁膩㗎!墨魚汁八爪魚仔三文魚子蒸蛋個名長到差啲撈亂晒,第一次食黑色嘅蒸蛋,食落有鹹香,好特別!熟成西冷配赤雞蛋食,唔洗煮得太熟,入口超級滑溜牛舌係牛舌芯,加咗洋蔥柚子酸汁,上面再加淡雪鹽、辣椒蘿蔔茸、蔥粒及蒜片。超級爽口,有入口即溶口感!和牛西冷睇住大廚先煎煎食材,再加sukiyaki汁,味道偏甜,南瓜好入味,牛肉一入口係會融化㗎!菜有本身已經好甜嘅洋蔥、黃芽白及冬菇最後再食西冷,今次加咗日本春菊菜,有啲似中式嘅皇帝菜仲有紫心蘿蔔、豆腐、芋絲及青蘋果,吸晒所有牛肉汁枝豆蟹肉黑松露釜飯有無限三文魚子任加,其實食到呢道菜已經好飽,不過個飯真係好正,勁香黑松露味最後終有湯及甜品,真係飽到今晚都唔洗食
