話說北方人餃子當飯吃,其實我真係唔介意,食得飽唔一定要有飯麵,我覺得南方人都好鍾意食餃子呀?今晚就去咗餃掂食晚餐,兩個人三款餃子一碗湯,又飽又滿足。餃掂位於威靈頓街,主打手工餃子,廚房內有人即場包,材料新鮮又特別,例如我必吃至尊松茸豬肉餃跟狀元九鼎湯 $107/12只,加了矜貴的松茸作餡,既少吃了肉、亦添了清香,配合黑白松茸醬,如虎添翼。狀元湯是非常合時的去濕老火湯,粉葛、赤小豆、扁豆、兩款魚、陳皮、蜜棗及排骨,味清但香醇。另外我很喜歡龍鳯松茸雙煎餃 $86/8只,分別加入黑松露及白松露作饀,每款各四只,認真看看顏色,很容易分別黑松露餃,松露香氣特別濃,煎餃比較惹味,煎至微焦火喉剛好。最後是壽喜燒牛肉餃 $56/7只,以牛肉作餡,自然味道不一樣,風味不同。小店的醬汁及飲品皆自家製,兩款備用辣醬,我最鍾意菜脯豆豉醬,另一款是四川辣椒醬。自家製山楂雪梨水 $20,加了甘草、麥芽及糖,酸甜味都幾濃,唔錯。
