去完日本番黎仍然都仲好掛住日本既野食上星期同個朋友食生日飯就不如去食日本野啦壽星仔話有間係尖沙咀餐廳環境有啲似Omakase我地坐低之後叫左”蠔飲蠔食-鹿兒島A5和牛火鍋+三大名蟹宴”先食炭燒佐酒鱈魚干呢樣用黎送酒真係一流同埋呢一度既飲品係可以無限追加分別有Sapporo Draft Beer, House Sake, 黑糖薑茶另外仲有日式昆布汁煮翡翠螺用黎配酒都唔錯食完小食之後就上左日本松葉蟹天婦羅大閘蟹粉蟹黃稻庭烏冬滿滿既蟹粉蟹黃都真係好正撈埋軟棉棉既稻庭烏冬食完好想encore一開始入到餐廳既時候已經聞到好香既串燒味所以成餐飯都好期待食串燒終於上菜啦炭燒串燒拼盤(廚師發板)個串燒拼盤分別有雞全翼、牛舌、雞軟骨、明太子翠玉瓜每件都燒得岩岩好, 而且食落又唔熱氣炭燒日本鱈場蟹腳食緊串燒既同時, 師傅仲燒緊鱈場蟹腳大大隻鱈場蟹腳, 師傅好細心咁將蟹腳拆殼令我地唔駛整污糟隻手都可以食到 炭燒蟹黃醬鵝肝蟹肉飯糰個飯糰勁好味, 佢外層既紫菜keep住好脆入面個飯師傅搽左醬汁再燒而且個飯仲有啲蟹肉係入面所以個飯都好有味飯上面再鋪上燒過既鵝肝鵝肝既味道又唔會太嗆, 超好味日本時令牡蠣刺身牡蠣刺身
