To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前同朋友來過兩次食Weekend Brunch Buffet ,非常滿意今次專登帶爸爸來,點知今日有幾款必試美食都沒有提供!選擇少左,如麵包蟹、羊架/羊排、鮑魚、翡翠螺等都沒有,有點失望!今次嘅生蠔亦都好細隻,但係味道可以。其他海鮮同食品味道一樣美味,爸爸都算滿意,但我就有少少失望比起之前嘅體驗!反而今次值得一讚他們的員工非常細心,亦不停有幫我地添加酒水,不用叫才做。希望再來,但可能要先問吓海鮮是否全有提供,才考慮!
