好耐冇食呢間中菜館喇,今日出開將軍澳做野見到有出新菜式啵,擇日不如撞日,唔試又點得呢😋爆膏奶油蝦奶油裹住鮮甜脆口的蝦肉,蝦頭爆膏蝦身身爆籽,蝦殼滿是咸甜的奶香,好食到嘬手指😆椒鹽瀬尿蝦油將炒香姜蒜、辣椒,蒜蓉用猛火爆炒;再撒上椒鹽、蔥碎於瀬尿蝦面,蝦肉唔算好厚肉但都結實彈牙。金沙鬼馬百花釀油條將墨魚滑釀入油炸鬼內,而面就沾上鹹蛋黃醬,口感層次豐富,送飯食好正。沙薑焗海花螺海花螺肉質爽彈又鮮嫩,而沙薑汁有點兒偏咸,不過撈飯食剛好。香茜蟹肉銀絲鍋次次黎親必叫的,粉絲炒得絲絲分明又香口,配上鮮甜蟹肉同蟹籽鋪面,超級鮮味,而且$100有找有成大鍋,性價比超高!推薦大家一定要叫!最後當然唔少得甜品紅豆沙,唔會過甜,濃郁的紅豆沙食得好滿足😌
