喜歡來這裡用膳。雖然地點有點僻靜，人流不多，萬豪中菜廳仍不會因此降低食物的質素和優質的服務。每次跟朋友來到酒店正門，每一位酒店職員都十分殷勤招待，當然中菜廳的侍應們也包括在內。今天（2025年1月10日），我們再次光顧這中菜廳飲茶吃點心。今天點了賞心蝦球（每人2隻炒大虎蝦）這小菜，另伴伊面。這個配搭可以令這小菜更完滿。另外，我們初嘗他們的香酥帶子芋盒，芋盒外酥內脆，但仍能牢牢包裹着𥚃面那大大的帶子，帶子仍肉質豐厚而有鮮味，值得下次再試。
